In recognition of the vital role of transportation in a country’s economy, and in appreciation of the service and comfort it renders to its citizens, the management of (AMC) built spacious showrooms, established well equipped workshop and spare parts departments and employed a staff of over 100 persons including highly trained teams of specialized technicians to achieve those aims.
In addition to these basic facilities, (AMC) runs a yearly training program for its staff , in and outside Liberia supplemented by periodical check-up visits done by the manufacturers. The whole operation is geared to provide ideal after- sale service to (AMC) customers
During 2004, ALLIANCE MOTOR CORP. entered into dealership agreements with the US manufacturers of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles, firstly to give its customers the benefit accruing from the low exchange rate of USD as opposed to the relatively higher exchange rate of the EURO, and secondly to add variation to its automotive line thereby expanding its services to the public.
During its operation in Liberia, throughout the past twenty three years, (AMC) faced very tough times, yet it held fast and firm to its ultimate goal of providing its customers with a continuous supply of the best quality vehicles, supported by high availability of spare parts and an excellent after – sale service.
